Hi ,

It's been a scary week, hasn't it?

The riots that took place in England and Northern Ireland, agitated by disinformation from the far-right, have left many feeling unsafe and concerned. Concerns that the violence could spread to Scotland have as yet been unrealised, but anti-migrant protests are reportedly being planned.

Here at The Ferret, we have a long history of reporting on the far-right and disinformation, and will continue to research and report around these issues, to assess the roots behind this explosion of violence and the groups and individuals who are driving it.
Yours,
Ali
